Jenny Internet recently installed internet service for me in Botswana, Mogoditshane block 7 /Tsolamosese. Overall, I had a positive experience with them. The installation process went smoothly thanks to their contractor who came set everything up. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. They got my new wireless router hooked up quickly and made sure all my devices were able to connect to the internet before leaving. The internet speed itself has been great so far. Jenny Internet offers high-speed internet, and I've been consistently getting the speeds they advertised. Streaming, downloading, and web browsing have all been fast with no buffering or lagging issues. Customer service with Jenny Internet has also been good. They were responsive when I called to set up installation and answered all my questions. The prices are reasonable compared to other providers in my area. The only negative is that there was a short outage for a couple hours last week. But the service came back on its own fairly quickly. Other than that, it's been reliable. Overall, I'm satisfied with Jenny Internet as my new internet provider. The installation process was smooth, the speeds have been as advertised, and customer service has been responsive. I would recommend them to others .
